​​​​Olivia Nkomi is an LA-based screenwriter, actress, and singer.​
​
She wrote Episodes 3 and 4 of Mami Wata, the Canal+ award-winning psychological thriller, presented at Canneseries and officially selected at the Festival de la Fiction de La Rochelle.
She consulted on David Scarpa’s script for Napoleon, which led to a mentorship and her signing with Gersh.​
Raised across South Korea, Gabon, Great Britain, South Africa, and France, Olivia writes in both French and English and crafts cross-cultural stories that defy convention.​

Her recent spec scripts include Motherland, a political thriller TV pilot set in Cape Town, and Okoko, a psychological horror feature set in Los Angeles. Olivia is currently writing Queen of Swords, a biopic about a swordswoman.​​
​
Olivia holds an MA in Governance and Public Policy, summa cum laude, from the University of Sheffield. As an actress, she has appeared in 419, Fastlife, and Mami Wata, performing in both English and French.
She is currently developing Poppy Bonaparte, a subversive biopic about Napoleon’s scandalous sister.
